1 ＜Agreement for use＞
　  This site is managed and operated by Sakai Heavy Industries, Co., Ltd., and its affiliate companies (company?) 
  (hereinafter referred to collectively as "SAKAI").
  The conditions for use of it are given below. Please read them and use it only if you accept them. 
  If you do use the site, it will be considered that you have accepted the conditions. 
  Since the conditions can change without notice, please make sure to check the latest content thereof each time

2. Copyright and Other Rights

   It is not permissible to make use of such information in ways that go beyond personal use and 
   other purposes explicitly recognized by the site,  which means that reproduction, alteration, 
   transmission, distribution, sale, publishing, etc. are prohibited. 

3．Liability for Prejudice Suffered 
    The user bears sole responsibility for all perusal and other use made of this site and all results arising therefrom. 
   Neither SAKAI nor third parties involved in production and distribution on this site accept any responsibility
   regarding any prejudice that might be incurred as a result of access to or use of this home page. 
   Furthermore, in case of use of this site from outside Japan, the laws and other controls of the countries from which use 
   is made must be observed. 

4．Information Rights
　  SAKAI shall acquire all rights concerning all concepts, proposals, drawings and diagrams, suggestions, comments and 
  other information sent to us via this site, the party with such rights relinquishing them. 	

5．Operation of the Home Page
　  For the sake of optimum operation of this site SAKAI can suspend it and add to, revise or cancel services provided on it. 
   SAKAI accepts no responsibility in case of loss or disappearance of user data owing to malfunction or trouble with equipment 
   whereby services are provided on this site, communication circuit anomalies, etc. There may also be times when data
   from users is lost or delayed due to system hitches, but SAKAI cannot accept any responsibility for that either. 

6．Personal Information Protection Policy 
    Information may be requested of users in use of the site. In that connection there may be input by users of personal 
   information   in the different contents. The site's management department responsible for handling personal information 
   will do everything it can to ensure proper use thereof. Without justifiable reason we will not provide personal information 
   received from users to any third parties other than our subsidiaries (subsidiary?), outsourcees and any successors to 
   the business in question of us or our subsidiaries  (subsidiary?).
